Before summer gives way to fall, give yourself one day with nowhere else to be.
A day to move. To breathe. To be nourished. To float in the pool, wander the gardens, sit beneath the Mother Tree, receive sound healing, share a beautiful meal, and reconnect with yourself and other women.
No performing. No rushing. Nothing to accomplish.
Just one beautiful day to exhale.
Created and guided by
Tricia Payne
“I created Summer's Last Exhale because I know how easy it is to lose ourselves in the shuffle. Back to school begins, the holidays start creeping in, and suddenly we're taking care of everything except ourselves. I wanted to create a day for women to come back to their hearts, breathe, get grounded, and remember themselves before the next season begins.”
Tricia has spent more than a decade supporting women through healing, self-discovery and personal growth, and has facilitated dozens of women's retreats and gatherings.
The day she has built here is an invitation to slow down, breathe, reconnect, and simply have some space for yourself.

The experience
Four chapters, one unhurried day
Chapter one
Arrive & connect
9:00 – 10:00
Your day begins in the Meditation Pagoda with an opening circle and time to set your intention for the day, followed by a Cacao Ceremony in the Labyrinth. A gentle, grounding beginning to help you arrive, connect, and settle into the experience ahead.
Chapter two
Breathe & open
10:00 – 11:30
Settle beneath the Mother Tree for a guided meditation and breathwork journey designed to quiet the mind, open the heart, and create space for whatever you’re ready to release. No experience is needed—simply come as you are.
Chapter three
Nourish & receive
12:00 – 3:30
Enjoy a chef-prepared seasonal lunch, then let the afternoon unfold at your own pace. Swim, soak, sauna, cold plunge, wander the gardens and orchards, or simply find a quiet place to rest. This time is yours.
Chapter four
Rest & integrate
3:30 – 5:00
Close the day with a Journey of Sound, allowing everything you’ve experienced to settle and integrate. Return to the intention you set that morning, reconnect with what surfaced along the way, and bring it all back to your heart. We’ll end together in closing circle, grounded in what matters and ready to carry that feeling with you.
In between, the Sanctuary is yours to enjoy.

Questions
Anything you might be wondering
Do I need any experience with meditation or breathwork?
None at all. Tricia guides every session from the beginning, and the day is built to work whether this is familiar territory or completely new.
What if I have an injury or something physical to work around?
There's a place to tell us when you reserve, and Tricia will adapt the movement and breathwork so you can take part comfortably. Nothing during the day is required.
Can lunch accommodate dietary restrictions?
Yes. We ask about allergies and dietary needs at checkout so the kitchen can plan for them well ahead of the day.
Can I come with a friend?
Please do. Book each place separately so we have dietary needs and emergency contact details for both of you.
Is this a women-only day?
Yes. Summer's Last Exhale is created for women, and the group is kept to twenty so the day stays intimate and personal.
